  1. For your migraines, try magnesium. It takes a little while to help. I still get migraines, but they are less intense and noticeably less frequent. I just take a regular magnesium supplement with a calcium supplement in the evening. It also helped me sleep a little better at night.

  2. Yay for those moments of you time 🙂 Ken takes the girls over to his mom’s on Sat mornings to do the dump and mow and it’s amazing how much I can get done!!
