The Playroom, Part 1 — 3 Comments

  1. Oh my! you have are making significant progress! These are the stages of a growing family. Our kids are early teens to early 20’s. We are going through our purge and redesign room by room also. As a family matures and need/wants change so should our area and how we keep it. Donating unused or out grown items is being a good steward. I am looking forward to seeing your changes! Fun times!
I love your rules for the upstairs! It ususally only takes ONCE for a new rule to be inacted. LOL!

  2. Love the changes – and the organizing yay 🙂

At the moment I’m still trying to get down all the Christmas decorations…it’s a work in progress. Ahem.

Our big project this year is to move both girls into our large room and move us into Sophie’s room and keep the nursery as just a nursery. I’m kind of looking forward to it….but not really, since it means that we will be painting at least one room. Painting is SO not my thing 🙂

  3. You inspire me to clean up Wesley’s playroom. His area is technically our formal dining room, but we’re not formal people, so…I think one of those folding screen/room dividers will help until I’m ready to deal with it! Out of site, out of mind!
